INSTALMENT PAYMENTS
- Instalments are due by the1st week of the following month. We will send you a statement SMS a week before the instalment due date. However we expect all our customers to diarise due dates for their instalment payments to avoid unnecessary late payment penalty charges in case SMSes don’t reach them. All customers are obliged to pay their instalment dues on a monthly basis as per the contractual obligation agreed upon.
- Once you payment has been done send an email to info@edgars.co.zw to confirm the remote payment.
ECOCASH
Paying In-Store
- Inform till operator of the account you wish to pay
- Use the displayed merchant code at the till once the till operator has cleared you to pay
- Once you are through wait for our till operator to give you a Ecocash POS receipt and an edgars reciept
- Check the amount on the Ecocash POS reciept and the Edgars reciept are the same and the account number is correct before leaving the till point.

- Select Option 2 “Make Payment”
- Select Option 1 “Pay Bill”
- Select Option 1 “Pay to Biller Code”
