Credit Accounts GENERAL QUESTIONS FASHION QUESTIONS

Simply visit any Edgars store with: Your National ID, Proof of residence in the form of either a water bill or electricity bill (and a photo copy of the same should you wish to retain the original. You can also bring a letter from the Landlord acknowledging that you lease his/her property together with the landlord's proof of residence and payslip. You will be required to complete a Credit application form which you can also download and fill in beforehand and bring it with you and the above documentation to complete your application.

If all your documents are in order, your application will normally be processed between 48 hours and 5 working days.

You can purchase in any Edgars store across Zimbabwe using your Edgars account.

An Edgars Account can only purchase in Edgars. However, you are required to open a separate Jet account should you wish to purchase on credit at Jet.

Our purpose is to ensure that we bring convenience throughout your shopping experience with us. You may pay through our Ecocash Biller code 01262. Yes, you can make purchases using $USD, ZiG and ZAR. We accept debit card payments (swipe), mobile and cash payments

We believe that beauty is skin deep and our in-house stylist is here to give you some styling advice. To qualify for a makeover, you are supposed to be a Club member, then simply write a motivational letter and send it together with your pictures to theclub@edgars.co.zw
